This is what happens when College takes over my life. There is nothing left for me to share with the rest of you! Just an empty shell on the good days, trying to figure out how I am going to write a good term paper, studying for finals and quizzes and writing again. Oh and trying to maintain the reading. Oh my word the reading.
Also taking 2 classes in the same summer session is stupid, and I apparently have to learn things the hard way.
So I am back. A little battered, a little bruised, but I won. I was able to keep my grades in a respectable position, and now I have a weekend of knitting and writing ahead of me. A new class starts on Monday. My last summer class, thankfully. Then a blessed two weeks before school starts for the fall and the real fun begins. (I am terrified for the fall)
July has been an interesting month so far:
I got a a much needed hair cut, that I absolutely adore. I feel like I look better with bangs. Give me a few months for me to change my mind on that. I can promise it will happen.
My cat is the devil hidden in cute fluff. That pile of stuff is his yarn ball destruction. I would be more upset if A. I absolutely needed that yarn, I am lucky that I didn’t and B. He wasn’t so adorable. This, I am certain, is how he survived on the rough streets of Pensacola. He just looked up at unsuspecting old ladies and gave them his doe eyes. How can you not just fall in love with that face? My emotions are so conflicted. Goodbye Shadow Lace Yarn Ball.
We got to go wine tasting last weekend, but I never take pictures of the important things in life, apparently. It was awesome and we even got to tour the vineyard and wine cellar. I am going to review one of their wines, we got like 6 bottles, so plenty to choose from! I need to go back and get some pictures.
I have a wine review in the works, but I am finding some problems. Once I get those worked out, I will post it.
That’s it for me, I have a ton of new post ideas, but of course I didn’t have any time to type them down. Stay tuned for new posts. 🙂
